The Schwarzwald-Baar district, where we are located, is regarded as the cradle of precision engineering. We constantly strive to uphold this reputation, with great success. It is not by chance that we have become a specialist in the creation of inner contours of the smallest possible dimension. We also process specialist materials.

As a globally renowned manufacturer of all-in-one systems and products for dental implantology, our aim is to be a flexible partner to our customers – whether for small-scale series or long runs.

We are, and in future shall remain a pioneer and leader of innovation in medical technology, metrology, precision technology, watch-making, and even automotive engineering. Direct communication, practical know-how and manufacturing with special equipment provide our customers with the assurance they need in their work.

The materials we use and process are highly diverse and of good quality. These include pure titanium, titanium alloy, medical-grade steel, stainless steel, polyether ether ketone (PEEK), polyoxymethylene (POM), brass, copper, molybdenum, nickel silver, hastelloy, tantalum, and many others. We process tubular material of 1 mm to 20 mm in diameter. Precision threads are produced above a size of M 0.6.

We listen closely, analyse, and only then decide which process is suitable for completing a product series. We can work to specifications or manufacture to order.
With a high level of innovative drive, we always strive to deliver the best possible result.
